Thanksgiving Food Drive Benefits Bread of the Mighty

Parrish McCall held a Thanksgiving food drive benefiting Bread of the Mighty Food Bank, and we were thrilled to donate 218 pounds of food! One meal is 1.2 pounds of food, so that's more than 200 meals for the holidays! We're happy to support Bread of the Mighty, an organization that collects, sorts, stores and distributes donated food and basic essentials to 170+ non-profit agency partners such as food pantries, churches, homeless shelters and other organizations who then distribute food in their communities to directly feed the hungry in Alachua, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette and Levy counties.
