We offer tailored bid packages and conduct estimating and project management workshops for our minority and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBE) vendors.
We are also active participants in the University of Florida’s Mentor-Protégé Program, a program that helps facilitate the establishment of effective working relationships between mature, established companies and emerging, small M/WBE businesses. We have been involved in this program since its inception, receiving an award in 2017 for our outstanding M/WBE outreach efforts.
Effective immediately, all subcontractor/vendor partners interested in securing a subcontract in excess of $100,000 from Perry-McCall Construction, Inc., Parrish McCall Constructors, Inc., or Elkins Construction, LLC, will be required to complete the SCORE System Qualification Process.
This third-party platform administered by Lockton Companies is designed to be an objective review of each contractors financial, safety, and operational capacity, so that the strongest project teams can be assembled, and the best outcomes achieved.
