Team Passes AHCA 100% for UF Health Package 2, Phase 2.3A

Recently our UF Health project team passed the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) 100% survey for Package 2, Phase 2.3A operating rooms renovations including the installation of a new air handling unit. The 100% survey is a required review to determine if the project area complies with applicable codes and is ready to be used for its intended purpose.

This was an occupied construction process that required keeping all adjacent ORs open, fully functioning and without incident during the entire duration of this project, with only ICRA containment walls dividing the construction site from the active hospital environment. The team includes Mike Boykin, Kathy Cordero, Charlie Futch, Ed Huene, Jim McCall, Chet Nde, Bill Pearson and Mike Raulerson. Way to go, team!
