Parrish McCall was honored to build this new campus for Santa Fe and looks forward to helping reach the college's goal of increasing higher education opportunities in downtown Gainesville.

The Santa Fe Blount Campus is a three story, 86,311 square-foot expansion complete with classrooms, lab suites and related student support and service areas. In the heart of downtown Gainesville, Blount serves as an outreach and educational facility. This urban hub is ideally located near the University of Florida, UF Innovate, CareerSource and East Gainesville. Located off the rails to trails bike path, and only steps away from cafes, restaurants and UF, the Blount Center makes it easy to bike to class in the art-filled historical heart of the city.
Construction began in July 2020 and was completed in February 2022.
