UF Health – Integrated Service Center
A 15,000 square foot, low roof bump-out was incorporated to house office and meeting areas, as well as three distinct bays for specialty products storage, sorting, and distribution.
The main shell is comprised of concrete tilt wall panels with bar joists, metal deck and a TPO roof membrane system. Clerestory windows were introduced along the north elevation, along with window panels in the 14 roll-up doors, to help introduce natural light into the main warehouse area.
Nine months after site clearing began, the owner was in their space and their third party operator was beginning their transition process.
