Parrish McCall Team Completes New UAA Maintenance Facility

Our University of Florida Athletic Association (UAA) project team just wrapped construction on the new UAA Maintenance Facility. This project partnered with architecture firm Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum (HOK) -the same firm working alongside us on the upcoming James W. "Bill" Heavener Football Training Center.

Located adjacent to the Indoor Practice Facility and on the site of the future football training center, this building houses UAA's facilities staff and serves as a location for facility maintenance for the association.

The building features office space, a staff lounge, locker room, in-house sign production facility and a vehicle maintenance garage.
