Pre-construction

Pre-construction services are vital to the success of any project and our pre-construction process is second to none.
Construction Management
We specialize in providing Construction Management-At-Risk (CM) services to many of our clients. The sooner we can join the team and assist the client and design consultants in the planning and design process, the greater we can impact the ultimate success of a project. The project benefits directly from our document and constructability reviews, value analysis, detailed scope and schedule development, prequalification of subcontractors and careful planning of site logistics/safety considerations. The client gains peace of mind from a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) that is established before construction commences and from complete transparency that is inherent in the process.
Design-Build
When a client wants the convenience of single-point project delivery, where the construction and design services fall under the same umbrella, we are happy to employ the Design-Build (DB) approach. The same high level of service applies. Maximum efficiency can be achieved by using this method, ultimately saving time and money.
General Contracting
General contracting is the traditional project delivery method and is one in which we particularly excel at. Design-bid-build is another name for this method. Our long track record of successful projects under this traditional approach dates back to the 1950s.
