Zeta Tau Alpha at the University of Florida

In the summer of 2018, The University of Florida Zeta Tau Alpha house underwent major renovations to approximately 15,753 SF of their existing facility, with a 6,200 SF addition to the existing two-story structure.

This expansion increased the living capacity of the house from 50 to 67 sorority members, while also including an updated home facade.

Renovation of first floor spaces included a new commercial kitchen and living/meeting spaces. Additions to the first floor included new grand foyer entry with grand staircase, fiberglass columns and brick at main entry and a new house director's suite. Second floor spaces included addition of new sleeping rooms and renovation of existing sleeping rooms with new flooring, upgraded electrical including fixtures/paint and new VRF HVAC units with individual controls.
